Responsible for exemplary guest service in Spa reservations, providing Spa and resort information, tours of the spa, pool and fitness facility and spa guest check in and out procedures.




  1. Spa Reservations.



  2. Guest check in and POS



  3. Assist in the coordination of all spa departments to ensure a seamless guest spa experience.



  4. Be knowledgeable in all aspects of Club Topnotch Memberships and what they entail.



  5. Assist in Retail Sales



  6. Assist in maintaining the juice bar, lounge and pool areas



  7. Liaise with all resort departments to ensure a heightened guest experience and that the physical standards of the spa facility are, maintained




Physical Demands:
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Ability to exercise judgement in evaluating situations and making sound decisions

Other Skills and Experience:



  1. Previous customer service experience a must.
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  3. Proven track record resolving guest problems and expediting solutions
  4. Must read, write and speak the English language.
  5. Ability to maintain a professional, calm, unhurried demeanor.
  6. Flexible work schedule
