Overview

Vice President, Solutions Sales

Position Summary:

    Lead and oversee the delivery of comprehensive solution sales to strategic enterprise clients and Mid size customers, focusing on innovative and transformational services.
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification and validation to qualification and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, presales, and partner specialists to craft and propose holistic solutions that address key business challenges to incorporate our LOB solutions.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases, offering insightful business and advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to gather intelligence on competitors, shaping effective and competitive sales strategies to always be evolving.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Over 10+ years of experience selling at the C-level in IT, Healthcare, and Engineering sectors.
  • Solution Selling Approach: Ability to sell a wide range of solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our lines of business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Division Presidents across Judge Learning, Judge Consulting, Judge Government Services, Judge Technical Services (staffing), Managed Capacity, and Judge Healthcare.
  • Relationship Building: Develop high-level relationships to secure large opportunities for each division.
  • Project Kickstart and Transition: Play a crucial role in initiating projects and transitioning them to respective teams, with the option to remain involved based on customer needs.
  • Strategic Direction: Collaborate with and report to the SVP of Solution Sales, contributing to strategic direction and execution of our portfolio of clients.
  • Adaptability: Handle diverse challenges by working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in each area to ensure project success.
  • Client Versatility: Ability to work effectively with both large and mid-size clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and driving successful outcomes.


Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Must be able to think strategically and to translate into measurable actions
  • Enterprise account management skills and passion for driving sales growth and profitability.
  • High degree of commitment, goal orientated and willing to adjust to the demands of a dynamic environment
  • Engineer and MBA/ Masters (preferably).
