As a member of Salesforce's global ES (HR) function, our incredible ESBP team seeks to innovate and drive solutions in ways that only Salesforce can, for the betterment of our employees, our customers and our communities. We are actively seeking an Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) Director to provide the full range of ES business partner responsibilities to Salesforce's Industries & Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) Product & Engineering organizations. The selected candidate will be the strategic talent partner and talent advisor to the EVP & GM of Salesforce Industries, the EVP & GM of Revenue Cloud, and the EVP of Software Engineering, and their respective leadership teams. The scope of this role provides a unique opportunity to drive business value with our Tech & Product teams who work globally and broadly across Salesforce, and create impact and innovation for employees and customers. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $190,800 to $276,600. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $174,800 to $253,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $190,800 to $276,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
