The client is looking for a technical delivery program manager with strong stakeholder management and executive presence skills. The team will be a mix of internal FTEs, onshore, nearshore, and offshore contractors. This client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Tech Standards & Enterprise Reusable Services capability to drive standardization and promote reuse as part of our NorthStar architecture. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing strategic technology initiatives related to architecture. Your expertise in program management, development practices, enterprise architecture, and financial services combined with a sound set of technical skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects and initiatives. Experience in managing large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs, Experience with SailPoint, migrating from on-prem to cloud Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different levels of hierarchy Strong understanding of software development practices and architecture patterns & principles Experience in managing teams/programs utilizing microservices and event driven architecture Experience helping organizations move data and infrastructure to the cloud is ideal.
