The position includes patient scheduling, transferring calls, and emergency overhead paging. You will be monitoring rooms and when someone rings the bell they answer to see what the patient needs. At other locations they will be answering and transferring calls to different depts.
Applicants must have at least 1+ years of healthcare customer service or call center experience. Applicants must have excellent customer service and computer skills. SHIFT- OVERNIGHT, 11p-730a, M-F.
