Description: * Work as a member of the Advanced Tasking Team. * This can include but is not limited to: * Consult Orders (Specialist Office Visits) * Procedure Orders (Ex: MRI/CTs, Radiology, DME, Mammogram, etc.) * Prescription Authorization (Ex: High Cost Specialty Medications) * Provider Support Room (Ex: Clinically Urgent Tasks for IOPs/VMT Providers. * Assisting a patient through the authorization, scheduling and coordination of complex female health procedures. (Ex. Colposcopy) * Processing Referrals and Authorizations * Maintaining service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations. * Meeting or exceeding performance requirements for 6 months minimum (200+Tasks/week). * This is an administrative and customer service role where you will speak with patients, insurance providers, and internal parties via caht, email, and phone calls. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * At least 2 years of experience completing referrals and navigating complex insurance portals and highly complex orders in the last 5 years * Experience working in a highly productive department with strong metricsaccountability/ownership * A positive, collaborative attitude with strong team engagement and anaction-oriented mindset. * Working in a national healthcare organization that understands the complexities ofdifferent regions. * Experience with working with different EMRs Details: * Location: Crossroads of Rio Salado Parkway & Priest in Tempe, AZ * Pay: $23.25/hr * Schedule: Open 24x7, schedules available range Mon - Sun 6am - 7pm, will be assigned 1 schedule. * 5 weeks of training mon - Fri 8am - 5pm * Start Date: Decemebr 2nd * 4 month contract to hire Experience Level: Intermediate/Expert Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
