**Must Have: Dynatrace, SQL, and Healthcare Experience* Top Skills' Details 1. 8+ years overall working within an IT environment supporting operations and or maintenance 2. 5+ years of running operations for enterprise systems or applications 3. 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace helping to scale and operationalize the tool 4. 3+ years working with SQL databases, running queries and pulling data 5. 3+ years of experience within a health care environment Job Description Our customer is in need of a Operations Analyst to join their operations team. This person would report to the Operations Manager working with a team of 3 to handle the day to day operations of the application. They will be responsible for providing technical direction for their operational IT tools specifically Dynatrace as their observability tool, SQL for the data and reporting, etc. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
