Marvin is looking for a Learning Experience Specialist to tell the story of "Why Marvin" through product and systems training for a wide range of audiences. You'll facilitate training in the form of role plays, simulations, team exercises and more. Enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment on cross functional projects that drive measurable and sustained business impact.

Highlights of your role

Develop and deliver learning solutions across various topics. Content includes facilitator guides, reference guides, and PowerPoint decks.

Collaborate with partners to identify learning objectives and align them with business goals.
Create a positive learning environment by tailoring training based on location, experience, and focus areas.
Implement metrics to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role

Also want to make sure you have

Ability to travel within the U.S. 30-40% of the time.
Experience with various systems including Salesforce, Articulate 360, Vyond and Adobe preferred.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and modalities, creating interactive experiences.
