Website Content Maintenance Associate

The Website Content Maintenance Associate will work primarily with the web design and development team, with strong collaboration with the Email, Social and SEO teams at Forvis Mazars national office to support the consistent application and advancement of our national brand. This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of content on our website, including industry and service descriptions, customer testimonials, thought leadership articles, events / webinars and other webpages. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and possess a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

This position requires strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders when gathering information for website updates. The Website Content Maintenance Associate must stay abreast of changes in design trends and emerging technologies relevant to their role.

How you will contribute:

• Become a Forvis Mazars brand champion; actively participate in Digital Team meetings to collaborate on digital strategy and evolution.
• Manage website content updates across multiple pages within our content management system utilizing HTML/CSS
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality assurance processes with accurate formatting and style of all webpages to provide deliverables that meet strategic objectives
• Support speed to market of fast-tracked thought leadership to ensure timely marketplace distribution for top priority content
• Learn to manage projects and tasks in our work management system, Workfront.
• Manage time wisely to simultaneously work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year or more of experience, this may include internship experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, or Business with an emphasis in Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Working knowledge of technical SEO best practices
• Strong working knowledge of modern marketing practices, including foundational knowledge in digital marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics, HTML, and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
