Description & Requirements

The Communications Associate will support the execution of comprehensive communication plans that align with firm goals. This role requires strong writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to assist in managing and driving the completion of projects, both independently and as a contributing team member.

The Communications Associate will report to the Communications Director and support the Strategic Communications Team. This individual will work in various aspects of communications, including external/PR, internal asset development, social media writing, project management, and more.

How you will contribute:

  • Assist in implementing strategic communication plans to support firm objectives.
  • Create, edit, & proofread high-quality communications for various channels.
  • Support communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery & alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information to support the development of communications materials and assets.
  • Monitor & analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of projects & adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain & enhance the firm's brand voice & messaging consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year or more of related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience in Microsoft Planner or Loop preferred
