Overview TRC is seeking a qualified individual to support commercial energy efficiency and green building programs in Oregon. Projects and responsibilities may include retro-commissioning (RCx) analysis of existing commercial building automation systems (BAS), oversight and peer review of third-party contractor RCx projects, peer review of energy efficiency calculations on custom energy efficiency projects, technical and financial analysis for new and existing energy efficiency measures and developing energy efficiency measure calculations. Candidates must possess strong technical capabilities including knowledge of building systems, energy efficiency, green building and sustainability. This role will also involve interaction across technical and non-technical teams where strong communication and technical skills are essential. The desired candidate will work collaboratively with program staff and clients to promote energy efficiency and green building projects. The candidate will be presented with a diverse range of projects found in commercial energy systems. This position requires flexibility; attention to detail; diversity of technical expertise; strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; and excellent customer care skills. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
