The Machinery Service Manager is responsible for providing exceptional leadership to the Machinery Service Hempstead location. This position will office out of Mustang's Hwy 290 location until the Hempstead facility is fully operational (expected Q3/Q4 2025). Machinery Service Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Ag Mechanics, or other related field 3 years experience in Product Support Operations Demonstrated successful leadership and people management skills Ability to nurture a team focused spirit Must possess strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CAT software systems (SIS) and Dealer Business Systems (DBS) is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism Must be able to multitask and effectively prioritize competing work demands Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
