Under the direction of corporate leadership, Coordinator implements all staffing applications and support that are utilized by corresponding facilities. Additionally, works as a Trainer with local staffing and leadership teams to train them on staffing applications, staffing policies and procedures, staffing best practices, as well as productivity metrics. Maintains and produces routine and ad-hoc staffing reports as requested and when needed while managing staff schedules. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required Qualifications 1. High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Qualifications 1. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $28.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
