Director of Pharmacy As a full-time, exemptCPS Solutions, LLCDirector of Pharmacy, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed-upon programs with assistance from a full support team. Schedule: This position is scheduled to work aminimum of40 hours per week, Monday-Friday from8am-5pm. Starting Pay: $140,000 to $150,000 plus bonus, based on experience About the Facility:Brentwood Hospital is a 200-bed psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment facility that offers psychiatric services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Serving Louisiana, east Texas and south Arkansas for more than 44 years, Brentwood Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and is certified and approved byTRICARE,MedicareandMedicaid.CPS has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS. About the Pharmacy:The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and weekends from 8am-2pm.The centralized pharmacy utilizes HCS, ePharmacy, and Pyxis automatic dispensing systems.
