Pay Information:

$26.27 per hour

About this Position:

Support Quality Unit & SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) function leaders in reporting, special projects and other items.Associate will be responsible for coordinating & putting together daily quality reporting for morning meeting and record retention. Associate will be responsible for new quality staff training after fully trained themselves. Associate will be responsible for confirming equipment and associate operations for quality focus. Associate will be responsible for confirming equipment daily during pre-shift operations. Associate will be responsible for quality auditing of associates or equipment to confirm quality expectations. Associates will support Quality Team Coordinator and Quality Team Manager in daily operations and key deliverables for quality. Associate should understand in this role overtime will be required and will be expected to stay until job is completed.

Responsibilities include:

• Lineside Quality Management (Line Calls)
• Support Quality Training
• Dept. MGR & SQDCM Support
• Daily equipment pre-shift confirmation
• Support Record retention
• Associate and equipment auditing
• Quality Documentation creation

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

• 1 year in Quality related role

Required Education:

• High school Diploma/GED

Other Job-Specific Skills:

• Must be able to use excel (create simple charts, visual management and data collection), power point (must be able to create simple presentations)

Additional Position Factors:

• Workstyle: Onsite
• 5:30 AM Start for report completion for A shift, 3:30 PM Start for report completion for B Shift
• Workhour flexibility
