JOB SUMMARY

Cover various tasks in the companies IT department such as repairs, maintenance, installations, etc.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Three (3) to five (5) years of IT Services or equivalent experience is required.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Four (4) year degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.


REQUIRED KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Excellent customer service attitude.
  • Attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and fulfill the needs of management, accounting, and field employees.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with or certification in the following Microsoft applications: Office, Access, Visio and Windows Server is required.
  • Basic networking experience is required.

  • Required to maintain a valid driver's license.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Administer the acquisition, installation, maintenance, repair and use of computers, telecommunication, and information systems.
  • Provide training for all personnel in applications of computer systems, telecommunications systems, and peripheral systems.
  • Assist users with inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Act as liaison for coordination of repair, maintenance, upgrades, etc., as they relate to current and/or future purchased information systems equipment.
  • Perform network administration and configuration duties for WAN/LAN, file servers, backup, and wireless network.
  • Provide and maintain computer, phone, and cellular phone hardware for company employees.
  • Provide and maintain network copiers and printers.
  • Ensure cellular vendors are meeting company requirements at competitive rates. Prepare monthly summary of telecom expenses for distribution to be used in review and allocation.
  • Coordinate with Internet Service Providers to acquire new, or terminate existing, data requirements for remote offices and jobsites.
  • Maintain logs and track inventory of computer and office equipment.
  • Ensure local compliance with Sarbanes Oxley as it pertains to Information Technology.
  • This position is required to drive.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor Degree of Information Technology (preferred)
Experience
