Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Visual/Graphics Designer to support a federal agency. This position requires creation of visual concepts, using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers within a federal agency. A Visual/Graphics Designer will develop overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and reports.

Required Responsibilities/Duties:

  • 3+ years of experience (academic or professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
  • Recommend, create, and maintain digital media products (including but not limited to info-graphics, presentation visuals, newsletters, posters, and animated videos) to reach a variety of enterprise audiences through MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Assist technical SMEs in the visual design for mission-critical program objectives; visualize data in innovative ways to translate complex data and topics into accessible narratives for cybersecurity program stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain design layouts and templates that translate across mediums, including but not limited to presentations, white papers, reports, and other visual communications.
  • Provide Senior Leadership with graphic development and support for print and digital communication products that's aimed outside of agency's OCIO, specifically field offices, and other Divisions.
  • Provide graphic development and support for other sectional ad hoc marketing, policy, and guidance materials by leveraging Microsoft and Adobe products.
  • Provide support during the Tabletop Exercise by providing both printed and digital documentation to facilitate communication between the participants.
  • Ability to take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.
  • Have expert knowledge of current design software as well as principles of design.
  • Experience with every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to develop designs within the established style guide.
  • Have a general understanding of cybersecurity standards.

Desired Skills

  • Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
  • Video editing experience with Premier Pro or After Effects is a plus, but not mandatory
