JOB SCOPE Under limited supervision, responsible for managing the voice core devices deployed by the company. Specifically responsible for performing or providing support for the following functional areas Operations, Administration, Maintenance, and Provisioning. Voice core devices may communicate using traditional Time Division Multiplexed (TDM) circuits or IP packets in a Voice over IP (VoIP) environment. Voice core elements include but are not limited to Ribbon/Sonus Tandem, Nokia IMS, Nokia NTAS, Microsoft/Broadsoft Broadworks, Metaswitch, Mavenir Voicemail, Oracle CCS, and Dialogic Media Server. Shift: Sunday - Wednesday; 12 noon - 11 p.m. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
