The Rental Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching field technicians to job sites and other branch locations as needed out of Houston, Texas. Rental Dispatcher Responsibilities Include: Continuous communication with customers, sales team, branches, field technicians and haul drivers Open, review, and close work orders Daily updates for SmartSheet Dispatch haul trucks and field technicians Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders Rental Dispatcher Position Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent customer service skills Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment In-office: Houston, Texas (77092) Rental Dispatcher Strongly Preferred Experience: Bilingual English/Spanish Previous dispatch experience Forklift experience Knowledge of CAT equipment Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
