TF1 Assistant Maneuver TAFF Leader

DUTIES:

• Assist the TAFF Leader to supervise, train and lead all assigned TAFF personnel in a high OPTEMPO operational environment.
• Ensure data collection and analysis is completed in accordance with Task Force Seniors Data Collection Plan.
• Assist the Task Force Active Duty personnel with all operations within the limits of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Assist the TAFF Leader in the production of After Action Review (AAR) products and to perform Quality Control (QC) of all TAFF products before they are given to the customer.
• Have a good working knowledge of MS Office suite programs, i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Task Force Seniors.
• Ability to work shift work with extended hours, up to 12 hours per shift, when needed to accomplish the mission.
• Perform the duties of the TAFF Leader during the TAFF Leader's absence and other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years' experience as a TAFF analyst.
• Proficient in MS Office programs and functional computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the essential job duties.

Desired Experience:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent (60 hours college credit).
• Active Duty U.S. Army with one or more years supporting training at JRTC.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations.
• Applicants selected must possess and maintain an active security clearance.
• Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening.
