You're an ideal candidate if you have experience in adult learning, instructional design, learning technology, and multimedia development. You'll be asked to share a portfolio of example courses, reference guides, and videos if possible. Highlights of your role

Develop and design instructional programs that follow instructional design theory and adult learning principles.

Develop course concepts and define learning needs, objectives, content, delivery methods, assessments, and supporting materials.
Write course content based on expert input and existing materials, creating diverse educational resources like eLearning courses, videos, and guides.
Test content in the LMS to ensure functionality, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Track training effectiveness through metrics and benchmarks, reporting insights to management.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design and actively creating learning and training content from start to finish

Also want to make sure you have

Proficiency in various systems including Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and modalities, creating interactive experiences.
