Candidates residing in the following states can be considered for remote work: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Virginia. As an education team member, the Instructional Designer (ID) works with other education team members to develop and deploy educational solutions. The Instructional Designer also consults with organizational stakeholders to learn needs, identify barriers, and recommend effective education solutions that improve performance and meet business objectives. The position is a hybrid role in which, at times, the employee will work on-site at Carilion facilities and sometimes from their home. The initial training period requires daily travel to Roanoke for orientation and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate may have:

Education: Preferred- Master's degree in Instructional Design. In place of education, relevant work experience can suffice. Experience: A candidate should possess at least five years of instructional design experience and have the following:
