Osaic has returned to a hybrid work schedule, so we are seeking candidates prepared to work a split schedule between home and the office.

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000 - $70,000 per year + annual bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:

We are seeking an intelligent, motivated individual to fill a position on the network's Equity & Options Trade desk as an equity and options operation's trader. Knowledge of Pershing, NFS, Envestnet or any wealth management trading platform is preferred . We will train the right candidate. Series 7 license required.

Responsibilities:

  • Service the trading needs of representatives for the Osaic Advisor Network

  • Process and facilitate equity & option transactions from representatives.

  • Field inquiries regarding general knowledge of securities, policies, quotes, and fees

  • Diligently process trade errors for firm and representatives

  • Timely review of transactions for alignment with market and firm guidelines

  • Prioritize information that needs immediate attention.

  • Ensure timely follow-up concerning all issues and inquiries.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + significant practical experience will be considered.

Basic Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 are required.

  • 1+ years relevant working experience is required.

  • Prior trading experience required.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Computer skills with an aptitude for troubleshooting

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail with ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of financial services experience is preferred.
