- The Financial Analyst II performs many accountings, customer service, and organizational functions.
- They are responsible for collaborating with internal and external members to promote financial health within the organization.
- Duties are listed based on the estimated % of the time.
- Searching each carrier statement for any payment inconsistencies or errors while ensuring plan participants are charged correctly at the EE/ER tier.
- Performs monthly verification and accuracy checks on all assigned accounts.
- Implement strategic processes and evaluate methods that supply correct results.
- In this role, you must be able to solve problems independently by applying critical thought.
- Follows client's Standard Operating Processes regarding timely payment and reconciliation procedures.
- These processes have the potential to change based on business needs.
- Partners with internal and external areas to ensure proper procedures and functions related to billing are followed and supported.
