Salesforce is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Director of Reskilling to lead our efforts in creating and implementing a world-class reskilling strategy. This role will focus on designing and delivering the learning strategy for content and programs, specific to reskilling, that empower our workforce to develop new skills and adapt to the constantly evolving AI landscape. This role will require close partnership with both our Careers and Talent Management team to ensure complete alignment on the critical skills that this role will be focused on creating learning strategies for. The Senior Director of Reskilling will play a key role in ensuring that our employees have the tools they need to reskill themselves, while also enabling the company to perform targeted reskilling based on evolving business needs. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,800 to $294,100. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $210,400 to $320,800. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
