Job Description The Milwaukee Brewers seek competitive and driven individuals that can thrive in a team environment to join the Club's Ticket Sales Representative Program, part of the Inside Sales Team. This two-year program will train and prepare participants for a career in sales and sports, with individuals being responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season and group tickets by calling businesses and qualified leads such as individual-game ticket purchasers and lapsed accounts. This position has a strong skill and career development component and individuals will be evaluated annually to remain in the program. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Make an average of 100+ contacts per day by phone call, email, and face-to-face meetings.
The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in customer service, possess a desire to learn, and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Candidates with Sports industry and/or Sales experience preferred but not required.
