WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Poplar Bluff, MO manufacturing plant, you will be a Maintenance Planner.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with outside vendors for project needs, building and grounds maintenance, parts/supplies for projects.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal tooling needs and repairs.
  • Responsible for managing and updating CAD and blueprint drawings to work with external machine shops.
  • Maintaining all MRO inventory accurately including the management of MRO receiving and issuing of all MRO inventory.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Schedule parts, tools, and services orders according to production and maintenance schedules, and coordinates the delivery of parts, services, and equipment
  • Gather quotes for parts and services. Assists in vendor/contractor selection and acts as a primary contact with vendors/contractors.
  • Work with accounting and receiving departments on invoices and receipts
  • Compile downtime and other maintenance metric data for plant for reporting
  • Control the inventory of assigned products/materials (spare parts included) in accordance with management objectives
  • Prepare work orders and issue correct parts
  • Verify parts and material shipments against packing slips
  • Perform cycle counts
  • Responsible for materials and inventory operations
  • Perform customer service for vendors and employees, helping them sign out parts as they are used
  • Maintain computer database/spreadsheets
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by the manager
ABOUT YOU
  • 3 years of progressive planning/purchasing and/or maintenance experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Maintenance CMMS software, preferably Infor EAM
  • Be an assertive self-starter
  • General inventory control knowledge
  • Possess a knowledge of general maintenance
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong team player: proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
PAY & BENEFITS
  • Full-Time

  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
