Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an SDA Radar Systems Acquisition Program Manager providing Advisory and Assistance services supporting the Phased Array Radar Systems Portfolio of the US Space Force, Space Operations Command, Mission Delta 2 (USSF SpOC/MD2). You will provide programmatic and technical support for programs in the Phased Array Radar Systems Portfolio. The portfolio includes Eglin Radar, Space Fence, C-Band Radar, and other systems and initiatives. SDA is foundational to Protecting and Defending US Space Systems that provide space-based Intelligence, Early Warning, Communications and Global Positioning services that sustain our way of life, support our national economy and act as force multipliers in times of conflict. Mission Delta 2 (USSF SpOC/MD2) executes system operations, sustainment, and modernization ground-based SDA sensors and command and control (C2) systems. Activities include acquisition program management, system, and subsystem engineering, maintenance and supply support, and fielding. Odyssey Systems provides support to the Government in five areas: Product Support, Sustainment Engineering & Sustainment Management, Technical Order Management, Technical User Interface, and System Design, Engineering and Integration. These tasks are executed laterally with USSF SpOC/MD2 depot and development contractors and with SDA stakeholders. This is a full-time position at 2424 Garden of the Gods Road and Peterson SFB in Colorado Springs, CO with an opportunity to telework up to 2 days per week at the discretion of the Government. Responsibilities An A&AS contractor is a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to the Government Program Office. As an SDA Radar Systems Acquisition Program Manager, you will support the Government Program Manager in all aspects of Program Management including developing requirements, releasing solicitations, evaluating and scoring responses, developing action plans and schedules, and all aspects of the Program Planning and Budget Execution cycle, requesting, planning and monitoring the execution of project funding. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide acquisition support: assist in developing acquisition strategies, cost estimations, requirements, statements of work, and requests for proposal; review and provide technical evaluation of vendor proposals for sustainment, contractor re-competes, new acquisitions, upgrades and modifications; prepare and staff required program and contract documents; interact with financial, contract, scheduling, risk management, and execution activities and personnel
