As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses and organizations across various industries, including healthcare, legal services, property management, and more. Our agents play a crucial role in helping clients by answering inbound calls, taking accurate messages, and delivering them according to client instructions-whether the message is routine or urgent. You'll work in a computer-based environment, handling calls with professionalism and courtesy. Your role will include: Taking and delivering messages accurately and in a timely manner Answering inbound calls from clients in various industries, such as doctors, lawyers, and property managers Managing urgent calls, such as connecting medical professionals to emergency teams, while maintaining high standards of professionalism Following client instructions carefully, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail Requirements: Clear speaking voice with minimal regional accent Basic computer skills & ability to type 40 WPM Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable and punctual, with good communication skills Ability to complete on-site training in Shreveport, LA, with potential to transition to remote after 3-month probation Strong English comprehension (written & verbal) Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive situations Positive attitude with a customer-first approach 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred but not required) The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
