Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Director, Total Rewards to join our team located in Racine, WI or with flexibility working at our Corporate HQ in the Third Ward in Milwaukee. The Director, Total Rewards directs the Company's compensation and benefit strategy. The Director oversees the US's compensation and benefit programs in order to ensure the Company's total rewards philosophy is being met. The Director provides oversight, support and guidance to subsidiaries to guide their compensation and benefit plans and decisions. The Director monitors the global performance system, championing the program to align individual efforts with the company's strategic initiatives. Education and/or Experience:
