We are seeking a Virtual Market Sales Director to help lead a team of Virtual Sales Consultants within GP PRO's Away-From-Home Division. This role will drive sales growth and strategies to expand market presence by placing GP products and proprietary (A+) Dispensers and refills with end-users across various segments through prospecting and collaboration with preferred distributors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (preferably within GP PRO), will be highly motivated by coaching and developing a team, and eager to adopt new technology to advance their effectiveness in role. This role is open to eastern and central time zones (with a preference of Atlanta) reporting into a Senior Director of Training and Virtual Sales located in Atlanta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and drive shared accountability for sales strategies aimed to expand GP PRO product market share and achieve individual and team growth expectations in assigned markets. * Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of virtual sales consultants including but not limited to on-the-job coaching in sales calls, navigating internal processes, Individual Development Plans, Salesforce.com Pipeline Reviews, and Feedback Summaries to help the team achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering an environment of lifelong learning, and employee fulfillment in role. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Market, National and Customer Development stakeholders by developing and implementing local and national strategies to improve customer engagement and relationship management, focusing on delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Sales Leadership and capability partners, such as Category, Pricing, Customer Service, GPXpress (a unique Sales Support Team), Marketing, and Sales Force Effectiveness Teams to advance your individual and team effectiveness in role. * Sales Enablement: Collaboration with internal sales and capability partners refine sales processes to remove obstacles and improve the sales cycle. Implement best practices and ensure consistency across the sales team. * Performance Tracking: Set performance metrics for the sales team and individuals using regularly scheduled pipeline reviews to evaluations progress, refine end-user prospecting and distributor wiring plans, and help individuals overcome obstacles in the sales process. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development role * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel * Valid U.S. driver license * Willing to travel 20% What Will Put You Ahead * Proven track record of managing and leading a sales team. * Prior Virtual Sales Experience. * Proficiency in Salesforce.com. Compensation: $115K-$140K/year plus eligibility for sales incentives based on individual and business performance.
