As part of Verizon's Experience Design team, you'll have the chance to impact one of the largest consumer presences in America, supporting millions of daily customer interactions across an omnichannel ecosystem and a growing consumer product portfolio. With global offices and hybrid work environments, the team is assembling the brightest designers, design strategists, and product managers to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, shaping the future of the customer experience. The Customer Activities team is part of the Experience Architecture team and is tasked with analyzing and blueprinting the most important activities that customers and users engage in within the Verizon ecosystem. The team works with business partners to measure the health activities, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, and efficiently provide actionable insights to guide cross-product area backlog planning. As a Lead Experience Designer, you will envision, create, and maintain end-to-end customer activities for various consumer-facing products and services. Additionally, you will provide direction to the team to brainstorm new ideas and solutions, sharing guidance and real-time feedback when appropriate. Lead Experience Designers have strong storytelling skills, and the ability to develop a clear point of view as a thought leader within the Design organization. As an experienced professional, you will mentor junior designers in areas of expertise, helping them make connections between core disciplines. Working with partners in product, technology, and business, you will facilitate a wide range of complex design programs or products.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $127,000.00 and $236,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
