Responsibilities

Functioning under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations, will support Environment of Care (EOC) facility-wide, by implementing and monitoring safety plans, analyzing risks, addressing incidents, and developing mitigation strategies. Coordinate continual preparation for all EOC regulatory compliance activities for all assigned sites. Supports Emergency Preparedness as the dedicated disaster planner, implementing all local city/county or federal grants' requirements in the facility. Activities must be coordinated in accordance with the local agency's requirements that implement the programs for their respective community or county. May be responsible for EOC and Emergency Preparedness of multiple facilities, as appropriate based on proximity within the same market.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High school diploma or equivalent, required.
2. Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, or related field, preferred.
3. Two (2) years of applicable work experience with accreditation and regulatory agency requirements in healthcare, preferred.
4. Certification for ICS/NIMS and HICS required within six (6) months of hire.
