Key Accountabilities Include * Ensure application of company policies and accounting guidelines * Support timely resolution of issues * Support accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions * Support awareness and adherence to internal controls * Ensure that bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted Primary Responsibilities Include * Responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function, including but is not limited to: invoice input with PO match for inventory and expensed invoices * Reconcile the accounts payable ledger * Audit expense reports for possible guidelines violations * Process invoices; including receiving, authorization, and payment * Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and vendor statements * Research vendor inquiries, non-paid/short/overpaid invoices, and payee errors * Work with finance stage on GL functions in the areas such as intercompany billing, fixed assets, and reconciliation of accounts Core Functional Competencies * Compliance - Finance: Apply regulatory requirements to YCA financial activities * Data Exceptions: Understands processes and data flows; identifies errors and fixes financial presentation * General Ledger: Maintain the primary accounting record and understand trends and relationships between data points * Internal Controls Over Financial Statement: Document internal controls/process flows and establish internal controls in compliance with JSOX * Reconciliations: Ensure that two sets of accounting records are in agreement Core Behavioral Competencies * Yamaha Way (will, integrity, initiative, challenge, commitment) * Customer Focus * Values Differences * Action Oriented * Communicates Effectively * Self-Aware * Resilience
Qualifications Ideal * Microsoft Office proficiency; intermediate Excel * Progressive success multitasking * Progressive experience with full cycle AP * Proficient in data entry * Experience with ERP * High School diploma or equivalent * Progressive accounts payable experience Preferred * Associate degree * Knowledge of Oracle * 2+ years related experience Here's What We'll Bring

Compensation
- Up to $25.00 per hour
- The posted compensation is the base pay.
- This is the hiring range and does not include bonus potential or the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time. Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
