A partner audit firm has heightened standards and more detailed artifact requirements, which is causing a challenge for the client. This liaison team needs help managing the large number of manual controls artifacts and evidence and are looking for 2-3 people in NJ (Middletown) and 1-2 people in Dallas (downtown preferably). Ideally, they would like candidates with a background in a telecom company with a mix of SOX controls testing and some project management experience. They would like someone with familiarity of the tools and processes in such a company. The others have to have a strong understanding of Sarbanes Oxley controls. They must have strong communication skills and a cup half full attitude. Since this is a liaison group, they have to be highly organized and be able to build strong relationships with the individual application owners because they have very short turnarounds for data and artifacts. They used to have 5 days in the past, now the SLA is 24 hours. They will be required to gather a large amount of IP in the form of screen shots of code and other relevant data. It is helpful if they have experience with a program designed to manage the large number of manual controls testing items as well as introduce automation from a company who has successfully demonstrated those capabilities. This organization needs help from a company with experience in the compliance, audit, controls testing space in the risk and security space. This is a role for candidates that can deal with a high pressure, triage type of job. Overtime is expected, so flexibility to work some weekends is needed. *Business Drivers/Customer Impact* If they do not successfully demonstrate compliance, this company will not pass the audit and it will have an effect on their financial reporting and will therefore be of risk to the decline of their reputation and stock price *Skills:* Security, Sox compliance, Sarbanes Oxley, Risk management *Top Skills Details:* Security,Sox compliance,Sarbanes oxley,Risk management *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* COBIT About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
