Description: TEKsystems is seeking an Underground OSP Foremen to cover the North Western portion of Ohio (HQ is in Toledo) . Experience in all facets of underground outside plant construction including excavating and drilling. We are also seeking laborers but do not need the CDL-A It would be a MAJOR PLUS if the Underground foreman has a CDL but it is not required at this time.
