Remote healthcare role available must sit outside of 50 mile radius of Jeffersonville, IN.
Must sit in Indiana or Kentucky *Description:* A typical day in this role will include ownership of your patients' cases from initiation to closure to include; benefit investigations, prior authorizations / denial appeals, determining financial qualifications for assistance programs and assisting patients or other callers / stakeholders through resolution (via email, inbound/outbound calls and using our patented technology) by using your critical thinking skills and your knowledge on the program and industry rules and standards. This role requires a high level of ownership, attention to detail and patient focus and will put your problem solving skills to the test. *Training:* Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm *Hours:* 8 hour shifts between 9am to 7pm * 9:00am to 5:30pm * 9:30 to 6pm * 10:30am to 7pm *Location:* * Jeffersonville, IN *Skills and Qualification* * Medical office experience * Healthcare experience * insurance verification * prior authorization *Experience Level* * Entry Level #PriorityCentral About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
