*Description:*
Assist the estimation team with administrative duties in order to improve the volume of quotes issued on a daily basis. Work includes entering job quotation data into ERP system, creating cost sheets from Excel workbooks, obtaining vendor quotes and other information. *Duties and Responsibilities: * * Review estimation workbook with quantity, description, extended amount, delivery dates and payment terms and enter into ERP system. * Review estimation workbook with costing data and create a cost sheet within the ERP system. * Calling and emailing vendors for quotes, lead times and other information * General assistance to estimation as required including less complex quotes. *Qualifications: * * Working towards a degree in accounting, systems, or construction management * 2-5 years of work experience with an ERP system * Trade show and event coordination experience * Proven ability to manage multiple project/activities in a fast-paced environment. * Superior communication and organization skills * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams * Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
