Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description This is not a high call volume position. Instead, it involves heavy email and case resolution responsibilities. The role is focused on customer service and supporting account managers who manage vehicle fleets. Responsibilities * Assist with ordering vehicles and provide customer service support for various inquiries. * Answer a high volume of customer emails and handle case resolutions. * Think outside the box to solve problems and make a few outbound calls as needed. * Follow up with customers on inquiries and ensure accurate data entry into the system. * Multi-task and type customer information into the system in real-time. * Utilize the internal issue tracking system (CARE) to follow through on customer inquiries and issues. * Create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, distribute insurance cards, and handle driver data changes. * Contact drivers by email to gather missing information. * Utilize the v-lookup function within Excel to efficiently sort through data. Essential Skills * 2+ years of customer service experience in an office environment. * Strong written and email communication skills. * Proficiency in the English language with the ability to write grammatically correct sentences. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). * Basic Excel skills with a willingness to learn more. * High school diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience with SalesForce is a plus. Why Work Here? Candidates will either work in Schaumburg or Des Plaines for the first 6 months and then relocate to Schaumburg/Rosemont. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to both locations.
