*Pay:* $21-$24/hr *Job Description:* * Inbound and Outbound phone calls to customers and doctors * 30-50 calls per day * Confirming prescriptions * Answering questions about prescriptions * Entering prescriptions into database * Will work on a scripted outbound dialer *Shift:* Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm OR 4x10 shift *Skills:* Pharmacy, Cpht, Pharmacy technician certification, PTCB, Prior authorization, Retail pharmacy, Call center, Pharmacy support, customer service call center, outbound phone calls, Health care, Insurance billing, Customer service, Pharmacy technician license, data entry, pharmacy technician certificate, insurance *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Need to have State of TN Pharmacy Technician license * 1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience * comfortable with change * comfortable being on the phones *Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
