TEKsystems is looking for a experienced access control technician with 3-5+ years of experience. Looking for someone with a strong background (or a certification preferred) in Ccure, AMAG, or Genetek. Responsibilities: * Programming access control, CCTV, and parking control systems * Installing and/or troubleshooting field equipment (card readers, cameras, burglar alarms, control panels, etc.) * Complete projects within budgeted costs and time schedules * Fully test systems (quality assurance) and gain final project acceptance by the customer * Complete end-user training maximize customer satisfaction * Perform all duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner *Skills:* Ccure, Ccure9000, AMAG, Genetec, Access control, Troubleshooting, Service, Install, Installation, Alarm systems, Cctv, Alarm installation *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Solid understanding of computer hardware (PC/Server) fundamentals, electronic hardware, low voltage system wiring, and relays / relay logic * High level of mechanical aptitude * Strong communication skills. Focused on keeping everyone informed. * Team player with a positive, "can do" attitude and the ability to coordinate the efforts of others. * Strong analytical skills necessary to solve complex problems. * Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word. This role requires on-site and field work. This candidate will eventually be able to earn their own company truck after a learning period.
