* Minneapolis, MN *Description:* *Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers *Educate customers on company's services *Build and maintain customer relationships *Negotiate pricing for customers *Ask questions to qualify additional leads for sales team *Work with internal teams to answer specific customer questions *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * 6+ months of call center experience * 6 months of MS outlook experience can be from school/work they must be able to send and respond to emails * experience making outbound calls is a plus *Pay: * * $20-$21 - >6 months of call center/outbound exp. * $21-$22 - 1-2 years of call center/outbound call exp. * $23 - $24 - 2+ years specific outbound/collections rep * $25/hr - bilingual (in any language), 3+ years of RECENT collections/telesales/cold call exp.
