POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Communications Coordinator, you will provide communication and employee engagement support to the Americas Region. This role contributes to the success of RWC's strategic objectives by working collaboratively and cross-functionally to implement comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns that promote and strengthen RWC's unique values and culture while mobilizing employees to act in support of the organization's initiatives. In this role, you will support how RWC communicates with its employees, developing compelling content that is fresh, engaging, and visually appealing.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop communications for a variety of business initiatives to engage and inform colleagues.
  • Ensure the planning, development, and execution of internal communications that consider all audiences/levels; address the unique needs of the business units and geographies.
  • Manage and write intranet content to support business priorities and drive organization engagement.
  • Create decks, presentations, and internal collateral to clearly communicate and support the business' needs while upholding brand guidelines.
  • Draft materials for a wide range of internal communication channels (webcasts, town halls, face-to-face, video, online, print, etc.) to engage and inform all levels of employees.
  • Support the HR team with various employee communications including Employee Onboarding materials, Internship and Early Career materials, job fair communications, Open Enrolment communications, and more.
  • Support SPIRIT Champion groups with communications.
  • Develop communication strategies to enhance annual Employee Engagement Survey and ongoing engagement activities.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of internal communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and provide communication support for DE&I and ERG communications.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass or Digital Communications, Public Relations, English, Creative Writing, Marketing, or related field.
