Description
COMPENSATION Pay: $90,000 - $95,000 annually JOB OVERVIEW To assist the Director of Engineering in maintaining and monitoring the entire property and all equipment. To ensure the property's appearance is in top condition. Responsible for refrigeration, heating, air conditioning & general hotel building maintenance. Operates and maintains all HVAC and refrigeration, electrical distribution and kitchen equipment on the property. To support the Director of Engineering of hiring and disciplining team members within the department. REPORTS TO Director of Engineering WORK HOURS Assistant Chief of Engineering will be required to work day and/or evening shifts on weekdays, Holidays and weekends. Some overtime may be required. Occasionally required to see distances. Color vision required. WORKING CONDITIONS Safety Requirements: Follow Safety Data Sheets that are applicable to chemicals used in your work area. Personal Protective Equipment must be worn as directed by Safety Data Sheets or trainings. Must wear slip resistant shoes. Follow all Safety precautions outlined in Safety Meetings and Trainings. Exposure to chemicals, noise, vibrations: Exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals; Exposure to moderate noise; exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration. Operation of equipment/tools/vehicles: Frequently works near moving mechanical parts. Equipment to include power tools, manual tools, machinery, and office equipment. Work is indoors and outdoors.
