Located in the heart of the community of Washington Heights in Northern Manhattan is a 705-bed rehabilitation and nursing care facility with a mission to provide quality care through diverse programs and services designed to support health and independence to individuals needing short-stay or long term inpatient care.

Responsible for the development, implementation, administrative and budgetary oversight for Aging in Place community programs and initiatives. Ensures the progression and efficacy of individual programs and projects, in keeping with their missions with the goal of achieving successful outcomes.

  • Masters degree in Social Work; or other related field, such as Masters in Public Health.
  • At least five (5) years of administrative experience in health related settings, with responsibility for writing policies and procedures, preparing and monitoring budgets, and compliance with government standards
  • Strong, demonstrated leadership abilities and successful project management
  • At least five (5) years of experience in aging services, e.g. in health, residential, or community programs
