Koch-Glitsch, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is hiring a Data Entry and Document Control Coordinator in Wichita, KS. This role involves entering and maintaining orders in ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy during order hand-offs, and updating orders to meet customer requirements. Coordinators manage company documents, organize them according to company procedures and customer requirements, handle requests from internal and external customers, and maintain records using document management software. Duties may also include assisting with file migrations, audits, and supporting various team members. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, committed to safety, and engaged in manufacturing and operational initiatives. This position What You Will Do * Work closely with commercial teams to enter new orders into ERP systems, exercising attention to detail and data integrity. * Use both internal and external document control systems to manage document submittals and returns with external customer and keep projects updated. * Work with Project Managers to ensure orders are maintained correctly in ERP systems. * Maintain continuity of digital files to ensure naming standards, appropriate file locations, format standardization. * Migrating engineering hard files to electronic files. * Cross train with other team members in all aspects of order entry and order maintenance activities. * Remain flexible to assist with other data entry and/or data clean up tasks. * Transforming and learning new systems and software. * Working independently and in a team environment. * Effectively communicate, both verbal and written to others which includes external customers.
