Posting Summary |
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Assistant Director for the Division of Continuing Studies. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communication and to the Associate Vice President for Continuing Studies at the Division of Continuing Studies (DoCS).
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides strategic planning and tactical execution to increase enrollments in and awareness of continuing education (CE) programs and services offered by Rutgers.
- Supervises staff on marketing initiatives.
- Plans and implements marketing campaigns for revenue-generating lifelong learning programs; DoCS- managed websites, portals and pages that promote enrollment in lifelong learning opportunities; program-focused social media marketing; and analytics to gauge the success and cost-effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and activities.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in marketing and/or enrollment management, multi-media content generation and marketing and use of marketing analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Seven (7) years of experience in marketing and/or enrollment management, multi-media content generation and marketing and use of marketing analytics tools.
- Expertise in creating, editing and deploying multi-media marketing projects.
- Certifications in current digital marketing skill areas.
