Faculty Coordinator Odessa 38472BR Position Description Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers, and student assistants. Major/Essential Functions The Faculty Coordinator at the School of Medicine in the Permian Basin is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the faculty within the clinical department. This role involves coordinating faculty-related activities, managing schedules, assisting with academic and research projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of faculty administrative functions. Required Qualifications High school graduation plus five (5) years of progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may be exchanged for required experience on a year-for-year basis.
