Rail/Transit Construction Manager to join our team in our Transportation practice in the Hartford office The primary duties of the Rail/Transit Senior Construction Manager are to expand the rail/transit CM practice in the Northeast. Responsibilities include strategic planning and direction, client management, quality, staff advancement and marketing. The successful candidate will also function as a project principal or project manager on large scale construction management projects. The leader will be responsible for CM service functions and will also be instrumental in project pursuits, including the development of proposals and presentations to clients. Through hands-on management, the leader will also ensure that key projects are well planned, organized and controlled throughout the entire project execution process. This leader will work with resident engineers and team members to ensure responsiveness to clients. Experience in the management and development of multi-discipline teams on large and complex rail/transit projects is preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment with regional and local managers and marketing and production efforts is also essential.
Compensation Range: $125,724.10 - $167,632.13Don't meet every single requirement?
