The USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work is currently in search of a Budget/Business Technician with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will be dependable, motivated, and eager to provide support for our expanding academic and research enterprise. The incumbent will work with faculty, staff, students, and central departments to provide support with financial transactions under the supervision of the Accounting/Financial Manager. The position will have a hybrid work schedule under the current work arrangement. Key Responsibilities

Compensation The hourly pay range for this position is up to $25.68/Hr. When extending an offer of employment, USC considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, and external market and organizational considerations. Location This position is based at the University Park Campus in Los Angeles, California. Minimum Experience: 2 years. Minimum Expertise: Directly related office financial experience to provide knowledge of accounts payable, income and expense accounting, reconcilement, and budget preparation.
